✔ Look out for your induction email with everything you need to get started.
Start your learning the NDIS worker orientation module: quality, safety, and you
Understand your role in delivering safe, quality support.
This official NDIS online module is a requirement for all workers in the sector. It covers the NDIS Code of Conduct, person-centred care, and your responsibilities to uphold participant rights and safety.
🎓 Completion is mandatory before you begin work — and it only takes about 90 minutes.
🔗 You’ll find the link in your induction email or NDIS Commission Training Portal.
Review our policies and procedures to understand your responsibilities and how we work together safely
Get to know how we do things — and why.
Our policies reflect Good Company’s values and commitment to quality, safety, privacy, and inclusion. Understanding them helps you work confidently and ensures we meet both regulatory and ethical standards.
📚 Take your time to read them — they’re here to guide and support your everyday practice.
Upload your compliance documents using the secure link in your induction email.
This step confirms you’re ready to support clients.
We require several documents to meet legal and safety requirements, including your NDIS Worker Screening Check, first aid certificate, proof of COVID-19 vaccination, and other job-specific credentials.
📥 Partial uploads are fine — we can begin verifying as soon as you start uploading.
The sooner you submit, the sooner we can finalise your induction.
Watch our welcome video: Getting Started with Good Company — your introduction to how we work and what we value
This is more than an induction — it’s an introduction to our culture.
In this short video, you’ll hear from our leadership team about what makes Good Company a meaningful, respectful, and supportive place to work. It’s your guide to the heart of who we are.
🎥 Watch it at your own pace, then keep going — you’re nearly ready for your first shift.
You're almost there! Once we’ve received your documents, support offers will be sent to you by email
Once your onboarding steps are complete, we’ll start matching you with shifts.
We use mentor and participant profiles to help give people a thorough understanding of who you’ll be working with. This supports team members and participants to make well-informed support matching decisions. We personally introduce you to participants either in person, or via video call.
You’ll receive support offers via email based on your location, availability, and the needs of our clients. Make sure your contact details are up to date and check your inbox regularly.
📨 If something’s missing, we’ll be in touch to help you finalise it.
