What We Do: NDIS Support Services
Disability Support Services That Empower You to Live Your Way.
At Good Company Disability Services, we provide flexible, personalised support that helps NDIS participants live more independently, build lasting skills, and stay connected to their communities. Whether you need one-on-one mentoring, everyday support, employment guidance or help launching a small business—we’re here to back you every step of the way.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Perth and Greater Melbourne, offering reliable, consistent services that adapt to you.
Our NDIS Support Services
Every service is delivered one-on-one by a mentor matched to you, your goals and your interests.
NDIS Mentoring
A mentor is a consistent person in your corner. Together you set goals, practise everyday skills like budgeting, cooking, travel and communication, and build the confidence to do more on your own. Sessions happen at home and out in the community, at your pace. Learn more about NDIS mentoring
NDIS Employment Support
Ready to work, or thinking about it? Your mentor helps you work out what kind of job suits you, write a resume, practise interviews, approach employers and settle in once you start. Support continues on the job, so you keep it as well as get it. Explore NDIS employment support
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
SLES helps young people move from school into work. We build work readiness through real experience: workplace visits, work experience, travel training, money handling and the communication skills employers look for. See how SLES works
Microenterprise
Not every career is a job with a boss. If you have an idea, a product or a skill people will pay for, we help you turn it into a small business: testing the idea, setting prices, finding customers and running it week to week. Start a microenterprise
Social and Community Participation
Get out, meet people and do more of what you enjoy. Your mentor supports you to join clubs, classes, sport, volunteering and local events, and to build friendships that last beyond the session. Explore social and community participation
Self Care
Self care with us means building skills, not personal care. We work on routines, healthy eating, exercise, sleep, managing appointments and looking after your wellbeing, so daily life feels more manageable. Learn about self care support
How it Works
1
Meet and plan.
A relaxed phone call about your goals, your interests and how your funding works — then a written quote to look over in your own time. Nothing is locked in and there’s no pressure to decide; we’re happy to talk it through with your family or coordinator too.
2
Get matched.
Once funding’s confirmed, we match you with a mentor on personality, interests and location — usually within a week. Their profile arrives before you meet, so the first hello already feels familiar.
3
Start your sessions.
Same mentor, regular times, no re-explaining yourself every week. We’ll check in with you regularly — or keep your family, coordinator or support network in the loop instead, whatever works best for you. And you can reach us any time, about anything.
4
Adjust as you grow.
Same mentor, regular times, no re-explaining yourself every week. We’ll check in with you regularly — or keep your family, coordinator or support network in the loop instead, whatever works best for you. And you can reach us any time, about anything.

Who We Support
Self-managed and plan-managed participants
Good Company is currently an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we can support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. If your plan is NDIA-managed, talk to us or your support coordinator about your options. Not sure how your plan is managed? Read our guide to accessing NDIS support when you’re self-managed or plan-managed
We work with NDIS participants aged 6 years and up who are self-managed or plan-managed. While we’re passionate about supporting people of all disabilities, our services are best suited for people living with:
- Psychosocial disability
- Autism
- Down Syndrome
- Intellectual disability
- ADHD
- Learning and developmental delays
- Other disabilities support needs requiring consistent, flexible assistance
At Good Company, we focus on what we do best—mentoring, capacity building, and social and community engagement that helps participants grow in confidence, independence, and connection. While we don’t offer personal care, our services are designed for individuals who are looking to build real-world skills, engage meaningfully in their community, and take steps toward personal and professional goals. If you’re seeking support that’s empowering, relationship-based, and tailored to your future, you’re in good company with us.
Why choose Good Company?
Matched, not allocated. We choose your mentor for your goals, interests and personality, and you see their profile before you meet.
Consistent support. We aim to keep you with the same mentor, because progress comes from a relationship built over time.
Trained and supervised mentors. Every mentor completes our training program, works under supervision and follows the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Built around outcomes. We measure success by what changes for you: new skills, a job, a business, a fuller week.
