Remote supports delivered by Good Company Disability Services are services delivered without the need for in-person interaction, allowing individuals to access assistance from the comfort and safety of their own environment. These supports use phone, video conferencing, email, or other online platforms to stay connected and provide the same high-quality care as face-to-face services.

The Benefits of Online and Phone NDIS Supports
Online and phone‑based NDIS supports make accessing services simpler, more flexible, and more empowering. You can connect from anywhere – at home, while travelling, or even during a hospital stay – removing the need to travel and making services accessible for people in rural and remote communities. With no travel time, appointments can be fitted around family life, work, or other commitments, and flexible morning, evening, and lunchtime sessions mean you choose what works best.
Remote supports also provide continuity of care during times of illness, relocation, or public health restrictions, so you never have to miss out. Because location is no longer a barrier, you can choose the best support coordinator or therapist for your goals, even if they are interstate. Many participants find it more comfortable meeting from home, which often leads to more open conversations and better outcomes. And you can rest assured that all our sessions are delivered using secure platforms that protect your privacy.

Non face-to-face supports (such as remote services delivered via phone or video) are generally funded through the same NDIS support categories as face-to-face services, provided the activity is directly related to a participant’s goals and is a reasonable and necessary support.
This means that both core and capacity building funding can be used. It's best to chat with your Support Coordinator, LAC, or the NDIS about funding requirements. The team at Good Company are here to work with your support network and help you get the most out of your funding.
