Sheldon Hough

Sheldon joined Good Company as a mentor while studying, and the immediate connections he built with participants confirmed that he was in the right industry. After completing a combined degree in Criminology and Psychology, followed by Honours in Psychology, Sheldon quickly progressed into a coordinator role and is now a Lead Coordinator. In this role, he works closely with both mentors and management to ensure high-quality, participant-focused support.

Passionate about building relationships, Sheldon values the daily interactions he has with participants and with colleagues who share his commitment to supporting others. Known for his intuitive and attentive approach, he is quick to understand individual needs and adapt support strategies to suit diverse circumstances. His strong communication skills help him develop meaningful connections and a high level of trust with everyone he works alongside. Those who interact with Sheldon recognise that he truly cares about empowering others to live a meaningful life.

Outside of work, Sheldon enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports, keeping fit, listening to music, spending time with friends, and visiting the beach. He is also involved in volunteer dog walking for the elderly and fosters dogs whenever he can.
