Addison joined Good Company Disability Services as a mentor and now supports participants as a Client Engagement Specialist. Over the years, Addison has gained wide-ranging experiences supporting people with disabilities of all ages in a variety of activities and services, from working with aspiring Paralympic swimmers to assisting students in a school setting. Originally from the United States, Addison earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Management Comprehensive with an Emphasis in Recreation Management, where a deep passion was discovered for adapting programs and experiences so they could be accessed and enjoyed by everyone.

At the heart of Addison’s work is a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in all areas of life. Addison believes every person should have the opportunity to live as independently as possible and is motivated by helping participants build the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals. Addison’s approach centers on breaking down big goals into smaller, manageable steps, then taking action to put those goals into motion while fostering habits that create lasting success and independence.

Outside of work, Addison enjoys capturing life through photography, exploring new places while traveling, going camping, and spending quality time with a partner.
