Josh has built his career around a strong passion for supporting people living with disabilities to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. Over the years, he has worked closely with participants across a wide range of settings, consistently inspired by their resilience, determination, and ability to achieve incredible outcomes when the right support is in place. For Josh, seeing someone take a step toward greater independence or confidence is one of the most rewarding experiences.
His professional interests focus on mental health and wellbeing, productivity, and skill development. Josh believes that support is most effective when it is person-centred, flexible, and grounded in genuine connection. He is committed to creating safe, comfortable environments where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their potential. By working alongside people to identify approaches and techniques that truly resonate with them, Josh helps participants build lasting skills and confidence, moving toward their own vision of the best version of themselves.
Josh’s values are also shaped by personal experience. After losing his dad at a young age, he developed an early understanding of resilience, empathy, and the importance of community. This experience continues to influence his approach today—reminding him that small acts of support and encouragement can have a profound impact on someone’s journey.
At Good Company, Josh thrives on building strong mentoring relationships and walking alongside participants as they grow. He sees disability services not just as a profession but as a space where meaningful human connection and positive change happen every day.
Outside of work, Josh loves spending time with his wife and their dogs, often exploring local parks or enjoying the outdoors together. He also appreciates the simple joys of life—sharing laughter, discovering good coffee, and relaxing with music. These personal moments, filled with energy and connection, are what fuel his ability to bring warmth, positivity, and dedication into his professional life.
