What Is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is a capacity-building support that helps you:

  • Understand and implement your NDIS plan

  • Connect with appropriate services and supports

  • Build your confidence and skills to manage your plan independently

There are different levels of Support Coordination in the NDIS:

  • Support Connection – short-term help to connect with informal, mainstream, and funded supports.

  • Support Coordination – a higher level of assistance to understand your plan, coordinate supports, and build capacity.

  • Specialist Support Coordination – for participants with more complex needs or challenging circumstances.

At Good Company, we offer Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, tailored to your unique needs.

Our Approach

We believe effective Support Coordination is about empowerment, choice, and partnership. Here’s how we work:

  • Person-centred – Your goals, preferences and values guide everything we do.

  • Independent & Unbiased – We are not affiliated with any service providers. Our recommendations are always in your best interest.

  • Local Knowledge – With teams in Perth and Melbourne, we know your community and the providers who can best meet your needs.

  • Goal-focused – We help translate your NDIS goals into real outcomes.

  • Respectful & Collaborative – We work closely with families, carers, and professionals to support you holistically.
