At Good Company Disability Services, we are committed to creating safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces for everyone we support.
This Code of Conduct explains the behaviours we ask all participants, family members, carers, and visitors to follow when engaging with our services — so we can work together in a safe and positive environment.

Accessibility means that our services are easy to use, safe, and inclusive for everyone — no matter how you move, communicate, think, or live your life.
We work with you to understand your needs and make sure you can take part fully and comfortably.

To help everyone feel safe and welcome, here are some ways we can work well together:
👥 Be Respectful
Treat staff, participants, and visitors kindly
Respect everyone’s personal space and privacy
Avoid yelling, swearing, or threatening behaviour
💬 Communicate Safely
Let us know how you prefer to communicate
Share concerns calmly — we’re here to listen
Use phones and social media respectfully and privately
🛡️ Help Keep Everyone Safe
Follow safety instructions from staff
Tell us if something doesn’t feel right or safe
Don’t bring drugs, alcohol, or weapons to any site
Avoid any behaviour that could hurt others

If someone isn’t following this Code:
We’ll talk with them respectfully
We’ll work together to find a safe and fair solution
Everyone’s safety will come first
You’ll be supported to take part in the process where needed
