Coaching That Meets You Where You Are
Some people arrive with nothing but a spark of an idea. Some are running a business and want to take it further. Others aren’t here for business at all — they want to build skills, confidence or direction with expert support in their corner.
Wherever you’re starting from, your coach will help you break big goals into achievable steps, celebrate real progress, and build the skills and mindset that carry into every part of life.
Meet the Experts
You won’t be coached from a textbook. Our team has built and operated real businesses across disability services, online retail, web design and technology — and brings professional coaching and teaching expertise alongside it.
Joshua is a hands-on entrepreneur and director of Good Company Disability Services. Beyond disability services, he has built websites, operates an online retail store, and builds apps using modern AI-assisted development tools — so he understands e-commerce, digital marketing and technology from the inside, not just in theory. Joshua has spent years mentoring NDIS participants exploring microenterprise, and his coaching style is warm, clear and grounded in real experience: he’ll help you break down ideas, plan achievable steps, and keep moving forward even when confidence is still growing.
Joshua Bartlett
Business Builder & Mentor
Wanda co-owns and co-operates Good Company and has spent years helping people grow in confidence and capability. As an ontological coach, Wanda works on more than your to-do list — ontological coaching focuses on how you see yourself and your situation, using language, emotions and habits to shift the way you approach challenges. When the way you see a problem changes, new actions become possible. It’s a powerful fit for anyone whose biggest barrier isn’t the plan — it’s self-doubt, overwhelm, or feeling stuck.

Ana Belen Montes Tamara
Educator & Multilingual Coach
Ana is a former teacher from Colombia with a gift for making complex things simple. Her teaching background means she can break any concept down into clear, manageable steps and adapt her style to how you learn best. Ana is fluent in Spanish, French and English — so if you or your family are more comfortable in Spanish or French, your sessions can be delivered entirely in your preferred language.
Real Support Builds Capacity
How Our Sessions Work
Sessions are delivered online, so you can join from anywhere in Australia. Each hour-long session is private, focused and structured around your goals — some people use their time to unpack a specific challenge, others work steadily toward bigger goals over multiple sessions.

Online Business Support & Coaching FAQ
Who is this service for?
NDIS Participants and people with disability seeking expert one-on-one support online — whether that’s starting or growing a business, building digital skills, or developing confidence and capacity toward personal goals. No prior experience is needed.
Do I have to be starting a business?
No. Business coaching is one of our strengths, but many participants use sessions for digital skills, goal-setting, confidence and general capacity building.
Can sessions be delivered in a language other than English?
No. Sessions are pay-as-you-go. Book one session, or as many as you find useful, whenever you need them.
When are sessions available?
All of our experts offer weekend sessions (Saturdays and Sundays). Joshua and Wanda may also have weekday availability — ask when you book and we’ll check what’s possible.
What if I'd prefer in-person support?
Our in-person mentoring service provides face-to-face, one-on-one support in your community. Many participants combine online coaching with in-person mentoring.
What is ontological coaching?
A coaching approach that focuses on how you see yourself and your challenges — working with language, emotions and habits to open up new ways of acting. It’s especially helpful when confidence or mindset, rather than know-how, is the main barrier.
