We built the Hub with privacy at its core. Only Good Company staff can create accounts, and people only see what they need to.
Every account is protected by a second step, so a password alone is never enough.
Addresses, payroll details, profiles, goals and files are encrypted when stored, and files stay private.
An access log records who opened what and when, and a security monitor watches for anything unusual.
There's no sign-up form. When you join Good Company, we set up your account for you.
We email you a personal invite to the Hub when you start with Good Company as a participant or a mentor.
Choose a password and turn on two-step login. It's always the first step, and we can help.
Your home page shows exactly what's next, so nothing gets missed.
Participants and families can call or text 0480 804 282 and we'll help you get back in. Mentors can contact their coordinator, who can send you a new password link.
