Niko’s story: building a sailing equipment business
How Niko combined his passion for sailing with personalised mentoring to grow a microenterprise that works around his disability.

A passion for sailing
Niko is an NDIS participant who loves sailing. He wanted to turn that passion and know-how into a business of his own, specialising in high-quality sailing equipment and accessories.
Like many small business owners, he needed a way of working that suited him, and a plan that would let the business grow steadily.
